IGUR, Elevated Cord Doppler, Possible Cholestatis
I've posted about my severe IGUR (fetal growth restriction) diagnosis. I'm now currently 33 weeks and 3 days with a little girl who is measuring in the 4th percentile. She's asymmetrical so she's tiny everywhere. Doctors are happy with that. I have been getting weekly NSTs, cord Doppler and BPP ultrasounds. I've had 3 slightly elevated cord Doppler results. I keep getting sent to l&d for extra monitoring 2 weeks in a row. I ended up getting a beta (steroid) shot today and go back tomorrow for my second one. They want to have her lungs as developed as much as possible. I haven't been to speak to MFM to see what they're wanting to do. The doctor at l&d who are the doctors that work for my primary ob mentioned today that I'd be having the baby within 2 weeks due via induction/c section. Which is of course worrisome. I also have been itchy for several days so they tested me for cholestatis but it could be a few days before those results come back. This is almost twice as far as I made it last time I was pregnant which ended in stillborn. I'm a wreck and a ball of anxiety to say the least. I was wondering if any Mamas out there have dealt with any of these complications and when you were induced. The fact I should have 7ish weeks left but more like 2 weeks is kinda terrifying!! Help a worried Mama out!!!
