Strep throat pregnancy

I am already prescribed antibiotics as of late last night at the ER but I forgot to ask before leaving what’s safe for me to use at home for treatment like I know for sure salt water is safe but what else could I get in the meantime until my pharmacy and obgyn opens. Is tea and honey safe? Any recommendations that you’ve used before when pregnant or have been told by you’re obgyn that’s safe. I’m in the 2nd trimester my throat hurts more now than it did before I can barely talk.
