Is implantation bleeding super common?

I finally got my nexplanon inserted in January. My period was late for a couple of weeks until I got it Jan 31, and lasted until Feb 17. On and off. It was really messy, then not messy, then really messy again. Had clots, no clots, clots. It was on and off. It’s finally going away as a I see pink spotting now. Is that normal? Or could that be an indication of pregnancy? I’ve heard a lot of women cramp and bleed during the first weeks of pregnancy. We’ve been active this whole time, and the last pregnancy test I took was before my ‘period’ came and it was negative. Now fast forward, my period should’ve been gone but now I’m cramping and spotting some pink discharge. And I’m so bloated. Should I take a pregnancy test ? I’ve been reading alot of women say bleeding while pregnant is a very common and normal thing. Is it possible all that bleeding was implantation ?
