Period or ectopic pregnancy??

Hi everyone from the 22/02 to 24/02 I've had very very light pink spotting with some light cramping more left side with shoulder pain ( had before with previous periods) I thought it was just a very light period as a couple of days early is nothing unusual for me .

This morning 25/02 bleeding is more like a bright red period bleed like I would normally get but I've also got more cramping/pinching feeling left side not sore just annoying with allover shoulder pain

I've had an ectopic pregnancy before where they removed my tube . I'm worried it might be another one but noother pregnancy symptoms. but also worried it might just be a normal period and my health anxiety is getting the better of me don't want to waste anyone's time for just me being silly
