So yesterday my doctor said I was having a miscarriage because there is no heartbeat and he said I was 7 weeks and my HCG levels was 9000, today I just wanted confirmation that I was really having a miscarriage I went to the ER and they said I was 5 weeks and 3 days and my HCG levels went up to 22368 but no heartbeat or baby and I’m just so confused because I’m not cramping or bleeding and I’m scared to go through the surgery and the pills option because I heard how intense the cramping is
