Could I be pregnant? Please leave advice thank you

I am 12 DPO today. Yesterday I was abnormally bloated and I don’t usually bloat. Last night when I laid down to go to sleep, I suddenly had stomach cramps that felt similar to a stomach bug along with nausea and diarrhea also had very light pink spotting. My period is due tomorrow and I have no symptoms telling me my periods coming like I normally would. I slept well last night and this morning I have no pains or nausea like I did last night and so far no more spotting. I guess my question is does this seem like possible pregnancy symptoms?
