Blighted Ovum?

Went today for my first US and I should be 7 weeks, I know for a fact I ovulated on 1/22/25. Got my first pregnancy test on 1/31/25. Today all she was able to see was a sac measuring 6 weeks. She said  I’m earlier than expected but there’s no way possible since I know my dates. My first HCG was 300 on 2/6 and 16,000 today by using the HCG calculator it’s doubling almost every 4 days. Today I started spotting light pink. I guess I should prepare for the worse 😭😭
My question is, if you have experienced a blighted ovum when did you get pregnant again and did it pass on its own? Did you take pills or get a D&C

I had a blighted ovum and chose to take pills so I could go home. I slept through the worst of it over night… I got my period back after 6 weeks and got pregnant with a healthy boy 8 cycles after that.

I had a blighted ovum and had a Mva procedure rather than a d&c if you google it it doesn’t sound that nice but I found it ok. And I got pregnant the next month after it and my little boy is about to turn 2!

I took misoprostol for my 6.5 week blighted ovum in September. Took a few months for hormones to regulate again, but it all passed on its own. I’ve had two d&cs, mentally they were easier and honestly physically too but I didn’t want to risk anymore scar tissue build up

I had a mmc in February 2017, I was supposed to be around 8 or 9 weeks but there was only a a sac. I opted for taking misoprostol because I didn’t like the risk of scar tissue from the d&c. I got my period back in March 2017 and got pregnant again in April 2017

I’m would get a d&c I found it much easier then the pills I had a mmc Jan 27 th I had my d&c
