Intermittent fasting
I’ve decided to take my life back. I’ve gained 100 lbs in the last year and I just feel so nasty. Being 240 at 5’4 is a lot to handle. I’ve decided to start intermittent fasting and it’s honestly the best thing ever. Only having two meals a day and not over thinking it and loading up on protein during my eating window. I can’t wait to drop this weight and be myself again. I’m getting active and deleted all social media (except this one) and taking care of my body and mind. I’m so excited!
