Non stop headache at 11 weeks pregnant

I have had a headache for a whole week now… that goes into my eyes as well. I got a cold a week ago with a cough and not sure if it’s all related to that? But I’m just worried. I’m someone who rarely ever gets headaches and I’m scared if this could be something else. It’s been a whole week now waking up everyday with a headache that’s all day long. I feel like I can’t function and not sure what to do. Has anyone else been having this or had this before? Should I be worried this could be pregnancy related and make an appointment? Or could this be related to my cold I had this whole week?
