Wondering if this has happened to anyone

Ok so this may be a long one but please read and comment if you or anyone you know has had this happen.

So we've been ttc for about 4-5 months now. I got my period January 21st, ovulated February 8th, and then took a pregnancy test at 8dpo (which was negative) the morning of February 16th. When I wiped after finishing up the test, I noticed there was some pink spotting on the toilet paper. (Keep in mind I am 1 year postpartum and my periods have still been kind of irregular). So anyway, I was discouraged that I was starting my period. A whole week early for my "typical" cycle. The spotting turned into full on period bleeding. It was quite heavy but my periods usually ARE heavy now after 3 kids. So I had heavy bleeding for about 4 days and then it got lighter and stopped by day 7 l'd say, exactly like my normal periods.

So now I'm into the next cycle (CD 14 today | believe) and I typically ovulate at CD 18-19 (which would be about March 5th) but l've been spotting on and off all week. I have not had sex since before the “period” I got on February 16th.

Wondering what the heck's going on, I took a Premom pregnancy test this morning and it came back positive. I thought it was a fluke so l took another one - positive. I took 2 First Response tests (a dye and a digital) and both also came back positive.

I'm not sure what's happening but has anyone had this happen and had a healthy pregnancy going forward? I've had 4 pregnancies and have had early spotting for all of them. However, 1 of those was an ectopic pregnancy. So please let me know what you think or when you think I may have conceived or am due or whatever, really. I am going to call the doctor on Monday but in the mean time l am going crazy wondering.
