Ultrasound HELP!

This ultrasound is from a previous pregnancy that ended in m/c sadly. backstory I had went in a few times- to confirm pregnancy and make sure all was well. First time it was too early to see/hear baby. Second time we could see but there was no heart beat. A week later my levels dropped and I m/c. The last ultrasound was around 6 1/2 weeks. I never noticed this but I later looked back at the ultrasound picture taken before the m/c and I see it says 1” or 3” I can’t tell. Is this the measurement of the sac/baby? If you look closely it looks like something is in the circle. My doctor never discussed it I’m assuming because I was heartbroken. But I have always wondered what this is? Does anyone know??? I’ve attached a picture below showing the uterus and endometrium where the baby implants so I’m assuming that’s where the baby was??
