IUD+Preg

Please help calm my nerves. Last night I realized my period is 8 days late. I panicked, even though I have an IUD. I have a 3yr old, and a 7 month old. I didn’t have any pregnancy tests so I took an ovulation test. Positive as hell. Anxiety starts building. My husband is out of state so I ask if my mom can come sit with the kids while I go buy a test. She says it’s probably just stress. Wrong. 😭 they were positive before I even put them on the counter. Has anyone been pregnant with an IUD and everything be ok ?
