Does this look off to yall?

I just went to the doctor 2 weeks ago for my annual woman’s exam and everything came back normal. No odor, no itching, nothing like that, honestly my discharge has never been “white” it always seems to be a yellowish color. But again all my swabs and tests came back negative for infection. Could this just me my normal discharge? I have an IUD and ovarian cysts so I know hormones and stuff can change it. I just feel odd about the color
