Help me understand!

Help me! Please no dumb response!!! My wife doesn't kiss me and hasn't kissed me in genuinely in over a year, we haven't had sex since our honeymoon night, which was one time. She said she didn't like a penis sicking her! Smh, over the time the two years, she's been claiming that she has a yeast infection but refuses to go to the gynecologist. She's decided on her own that we won't be having kids! Any advice, Ps? I know for sure she's not cheating. I highly know when she's at work or the store, pretty much everywhere.
