Is this a side effect ?(nexplanon )

Hi guys, I’ve been on nexplanon for 2 months or so. I haven’t had these symptoms in the beginning but lately for the past two weeks I’ve been getting the worst stomach aches ever, so much stomach pain. It’s not intense but it is mild. I just got off my period recently after having two periods in the same month in February. I took a test 2 days ago, it’s negative. Is stomach pain a common side effect ? Need advice please
