4 year old says no to anything lately

She is not willing to listen at all to anything.. she will just say “no” and does everything she can to not do whatever we ask. No matter how we phrase the request. And we give her as many choices throughout the day as possible, that makes a big difference.

But for example tonight she was telling me she won’t go to bed. I gave her a 15 min warning before bed, and a last video warning (she was watching tv). I asked which pjs she wanted, what we sang while we brush teeth, and where she wanted to fall asleep (her room or mommy and daddy’s bed initially), and she refused to answer that last question, and just kept saying she’s not going to bed. Over and over.

What are appropriate punishments/consequences for a 4 year old behaving this way? Shes been very defiant lately, there is an occurrence like this happening every day.
