I took out my nexplanon feb 13. Had sex feb 23rd

I got a faint pregnancy test twice but I was having sex and my period keeps coming on light at first then gets heavier am I pregnant and I’m just bleeding from sex or am I just on my period early from sex?… my period are irregular but I have always been on nexplanon , fertilely is very high once removed , I conceived my daughter the next day the 1st time I ever took out my birth control but I bleed for a couple days normally maybe 2 months pregnant with my daughter in confused rn !
