Husband won’t touch me..

I feel so gross.

Me and my husband have been together for seven years, we’ve had 3 children, I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant with twins and I feel huge. My husband won’t touch me anymore. We have no sex life at all, he won’t even cuddle me anymore. I don’t get kissed I don’t even get my hand held.. I’m starting to feel like a room mate, a maid, a personal cook and nothing more. I’ve tried speaking to him about it and he says it’s nothing. But I know it’s because he finds me unattractive. It feels awful..
