Is it normal for your boyfriend not to want you to have any guy friends or even follow guys on socials that you were once friends with?

Women find it normal to not want their boyfriends to have any female friends or follow any females on social media but then find it toxic and controlling when the table is turned. Me, personally, i find it toxic and controlling either way. If your partner doesnt trust you enough to have friends of the opposite sex then you should not be together.
