ALT / pregnancy

I’m 34 weeks pregnant and my ALT levels are at 548 which is super high, my bile acid was normal at 16. I’m currently having tests done to try and find out the cause, and I’ve had a liver ultrasound today. Has anyone had this before? And they’ve had baby early? My c section is booked in for 2nd May (39+6) at the moment but that could change depending on what’s wrong with my liver.
