Sorry it’s going to be a long one because I feel context is needed…

I have pcos I’m overweight (I feel that’s relevant) I have massively irregular periods (can be on or off for months at a time) and I don’t make much progesterone so I have a hormone imbalance

About a week maybe week and a half ago I spotted just the tiniest bit for 1 toilet trip and then nothing since then. Normally that happens and then a day later I get my period but didn’t happen. Took a test 3 days ago really faint positive. Took another that night same thing faint positive but defo a line I had a few people check. Now the faint lines also happened in January but then when they started going negative it stayed that way.

Took more tests the next day and yesterday but they were negative. Realised they aren’t as sensitive as the first though so trying not to worry about it. Took another this morning and it could be negative but could have a shadow of a line like something starting. I very well could have been staring at it to hard I will never know as it won’t show up on camera for me to ask other people.

Since the first spotting I’ve had the following symptoms:

-fatigue

-light/mild cramps

-sore boob (only 1) 😂

- boobs have been red/blotchy

-bit of a head cold like stuffy nose etc (could be my hayfever)

-constantly needing to pee

-raging hormones (could be the hormonal imbalance)

I have been feeling nauseous but honestly I think it’s just because I’m worrying about it however today I’ve been feeling quite nauseous and there’s a tiny bit of spotting again

What do we all think it is?

I do have a blood test booked in for next Thursday night but in the meantime I have no idea what to think 😩
