Okay am I tripping or ?

My husband asked me to get his phone off charger and give it to him (he’s on couch, phone in room). I go to the room to take it off charger and I was going to take a picture of our daughters so he can see it later in his gallery. When I open the camera app it shows like a little square at the bottom of his gallery. So I see a picture of his d*ck and I’m like WTH. So I open the gallery to see but the picture is not there. Does that mean he deleted it but if so why would it show at the gallery at the bottom of the camera and like wtf did he have a picture of his d*ck he didn’t send it to me so like wtf. I don’t know if I’m tripping or what. 🤦🏻‍♀️ What should I do ask (if I ask he could lie), go through his phone or what. Now I feel paranoid because last time I was using his phone for the flashlight he had a secure folder next to the flashlight.
