Spotting for the first time ever

Hey guys I hope some can help me because i’ve never been so confused in my life. On March 4th I spotted for the first time ever in my life and it was quite heavy i’d say, as in i wiped and i thought i started but i didn’t, then the week after i got period had a normal 7 days and it was fine. Then today ive spotted again, on my peak fertility day and im getting really confused because ive never spotted and for it to happen twice now is really weird. My cycle is incredibly regular never had any issues and is a heavy flow. Does this mean anything or am I stressing for no reason?
