Ovulation cramps and bleeding...

Anyone else experience ovulation cramps and bleeding/spotting? Ive started experiencing it in the past year or so and docs have said it can be normal for some people. I know my body is super sensitive/reactive to hormonal changes (pmdd, breakouts, the works), but i dont know anyone else who has such rough ovulation weeks... it's like a second mini period in the month before the.pmdd hits. Honestly, i have barely 5 good days out of 30... how do you girls cope? :')
