Am i being a brat

Me and my brother both attend the same university and I've had it with my college. We both have. All the students have. There's always technical issues. We haven't been able to use our meal plan all week because of technical issues. For my brother that's the only way he can get food so I have been buying him food. There's also been an issue with wifi on the dorm. We also have not had hot water all week. These are constant issues here. We keep reaching out and making complaints. Especially to our SGA. Today I saw on my email the university say that are working on it but that the library in town has WiFi and told us we get a discount at the YMCA so for like 20 dollars a month or something we can get a membership for being students. Does it make me and my brother brats to think if we are paying the university a tuition we shouldn't HAVE to do that. I get why they sent out the information about the wifi. So professors can say you have no excuse not to do your work because you can go to the library in town but if we are paying a tuition we should have wifi on campus. If we are paying a tuition I should not have to shell out extra money no matter how little so I can have a shower at the YMCA. I pay this college 10k a semester. I should have basic necessities met. This is ridiculous. Sorry I needed to vent
