So my midwife/obgyn stated that there was no heart beat but there was a fetal pole and sac and everything else was right where it should be… she’s stating that I’m just really early but that doesn’t explain my high hcg levels of 69,162 and then 72,162 🤷🏻‍♀️ anybody experience this as well?

I’m just trying to figure out how far I am.
