Tomorrow is delivery day! I made it to 38 weeks with my twins!
Tomorrow morning we go in for our scheduled C-section. I will finally get to meet my sweet girls, after 38 weeks, I am so ready to hold them. Prayers for my family as we adjust from being a family of 4 to a family of 6!
