What is this?!?!

Hi ladies.

Over two weeks ago I finished my period which was a week late. I’m at work now and I’ve been having slight fallopian tube pain/cramping on my right side along with this discharge when I went pee.

I put a tampon in just because of the pain and that’s what happened when it came out. I also have endometriosis so I’m new to the diagnosis as well as the pain and bleeding when I’m not on my period.

I attached a photo below and put a TMI for those who view this. If I could just get an explanation as to what this is it’d be greatly appreciated. I’m also due for an ultrasound in April but I’m not sure if it’ll show anything then.
