GETTING RID OF DIASTASIS RECTI

Hi everyone!

Please, I gave birth over a year ago and later realised my tummy wasn’t going down (especially the lower part) because I had about a 3 to 4 finger gap in my abdominal area.

By GOD’S Grace, I tried a certain exercise on YouTube which seemed to have helped a lot of people quite consistently.

The gap is now about 1 to 1 and a half. But, despite doing those exercises, my tummy is not returning to normal. Should I switch to normal ab workouts now?

Can anyone kindly advise me on this, please? 🙏🏻🩵
