could this be from the IUD?

I’ve had the IUD for about 2 years now- no problems, no periods but i’m also breastfeeding and have been since I got it. recently the past few weeks my ovaries have been hurting, not horribly, just a dull aching pain, it comes and goes, sometimes it’s worse, but never excruciating. it’s been happening for about 3-4 weeks, almost everyday. could this be due to the IUD? I’ve had like a day and a half of irregular bleeding about a week ago, barely enough to fill a panty liner and that’s it.
