How with 50/50 custody of your babies?

I’m struggling to cope with my divorce process because being away from my babies (1.5 & 3 yr old boys) is destroying me. How do you cope? Soon to be ex husband is hateful says things to the boys on FaceTime like “daddy has to find a lawyer because mommy” I had to leave due to verbal and emotional abuse he would do in front of the boys. Tons of crossed boundaries etc narcissistic abuse.

Record him saying that. Get him to text it too. Push all the buttons you can, get him to say all the things to you that he will absolutely say to your children. Then turn that all into the judge and enjoy having more custody.

Record everything. That is not okay for him to do to those babies. Maybe they should be going to therapy once they’re old enough as well just to make sure they’re doing okay especially while with him. Wishing you well ❤️

Are the boys with your ex husband or with family until the divorce is finalised? Well done for getting out of there. You can only request the boys are looked after the way you see is best for them. You have half of the care as the mother and from what you've said the boys would be better with you. Can you make a diary entry every time he does some thing wrong so you could build a case for full custody? I am sorry you're going through this and sending you love and strength. Xoxo
