Trigger warning - triplet advice

Someone who I’ve followed on TikTok for years who is pregnant with triplets had announced that one of the triplets has sadly passed away(7 weeks ago now)..

She said that she will carry the baby till she delivers the other two. This is heartbreaking bless her heart. I wonder, wouldn’t the baby decompose or affect the other two babies? I’m uneducated about it that’s why I just wanted to see if others can explain.

(Yes none of my business but I’m at least curious about it which is only natural)
