What’s a nice gift to get my sister for her new house?

My sister just bought her first home and I’m thinking of a gift to give her. Any suggestions?

I guess it depends on your budget. I personally would want a steam clearer for the floors or a spot shampooer for furniture. But I have pets and kids so those things make sense lol

I usually find one on the Etsy sellers that does a pic of the house, its mapping coordinates, or the streets etc. with text that says it’s good to be home or home sweet home and the date of purchase or the year.  
Other things I’ve given are low maintenance easy plants, some type of decor like a picture frame or vase if I’m certain of their style, kitchen items that you can’t have too many of like good absorbent dish cloths and towels.
