Missed Period / BV

hi everyone so I recently was taking prescriptions for BV, and I’m 3 days late. I did have unprotected sex before I took them but we used pull out method. I’m wondering if the antibiotics can throw off my period or if I should test? I was on doxycycline & metronidazole for a week. Has this happened to anyone else? I do have sore boobs which normally starts before my period so it could be delayed I’m hoping.
