Girls I need some help/advice!!

So I’ve recently come off birth control as I’ve been on it for 7-8 years from the implant, pill and then the depo-pervera for the last year and a half.

My last depo shot was the end of November.

The last 2 weeks I’ve had this dull ache in my pelvis which on a pain scale is 3/10

I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this as the doctors told me it’s my body readjusting itself back to normal and could be a sign of ovulating or my body getting ready for a period but I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this and could help?😊
