Has anyone experienced this

Hi I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant I’ve been having bad sinuses and headaches since so much pollen has arrived I went to the dr and they took blood ….. today she called and said everything was normal except my wbc was a point higher 11.9 but she wasn’t concerned and said it’s normal during pregnancy…. However I have anxiety so I went to google and it said it could be but also means body is fighting infection… could this happen with a sinus infection as well ? Just curious .. just last month all my bloodwork and sti test were all good btw
