Would you stay if this happened to you?

So I’m not going to explain any past situations because they’re long and complicated. I honestly just wanna see based off of this more minor and recent incident with my boyfriend, would other people stay or choose to leave? I can’t tell if I’m overreacting or underreacting.

I am 18 wks pregnant. I woke up from a nap feeling a sharp pain in my back & sides. Just that week they had did a pee test to check for a UTI & everything came back all clear. So I was a little nervous as to what it was bc it felt like maybe my kidneys & the pain was getting pretty loud for a minute. My bf was playing on the game & notices. he asks if everything is OK. I’m starting to rock back-and-forth to try to soothe the pain. I tell him no. He asks if Im hungry or need anything I just tell him that it hurts pretty bad, my eyes start watering a bit. He ends up putting his gaming headphones back on & continues playing his game. Obviously I got a little upset, but didn’t say anything about it. It just kind of bugged me that he didn’t think to get off & maybe come sit with me or something. He notices that I’m a little upset and starts asking & then he tells me ” He’s not a mind reader”. Which he’s not so I just explain to him that it would be nice to be checked on and soothed or shown love when someone is in pain. He’s still playing the game. He jumps into defense mode & starts getting upset. So I told him it’s Okay maybe I was just getting frustrated because I was in pain. So I just got up, went to the bathroom & then after I headed out to my car to get some air. He follows me outside & wants me to explain more bc he doesn’t feel like he was doing anything wrong & that I should’ve just told him to get off the game if I wanted him too and I’m in the wrong bc he did check on me. (I never said that he was doing anything wrong) but I just explained “yes he did ask me if everything was OK and I responded by saying no it hurts and he just continued playing the game anyway and that’s why I was a little upset”. But I didn’t want to argue & told him that maybe I was just frustrated bc I’m in pain. I told him it’s okay, I just needed a moment. But he’s now getting really heated & now Im starting to get upset because I’m still in pain & I’m having to argue with him during it. He calls me a bitch. He gets out of the car, slams the door, comes to the other side. Grabs and pulls me by the hair and screams several times that he hates me. He fucking hates me. and then pushed me and released me and then starts throwing this lotion bottle a couple times in my direction, but it misses. the second time it hits my window and cracks a basketball sized spiderweb in my windshield. & then later, he came back and apologized. The back pain went away after 30 minutes or so.
