unexpectedly found out baby #2 is also #3

soooooo yesterday i went for my first ultrasound at 6w2d to find out our rainbow baby is actually bringing along a partner in crime 🥹

I’M HAVING TWINS!!!!

one of the babies is measuring a few days behind, but with my tilted uterus the ultrasound was a bit difficult because of their being so small. i did get to see baby A’s heartbeat though!

they are di/di so hoping for maybe a boy and girl, or two boys since we already have a girl. i’m terrified going from 1 to 3 so quickly especially with a 3 year old at home.

need all the advice one can give me!
