Uti pain but no uti!

I’m 5 weeks pregnant and the past 3 weeks I have had on and off uti pain! This week has been the hardest it’s ever been I can’t really walk or sit down it’s so painful. Keep going hospital and they keep saying they can’t do anything as no infection and just an early pregnancy symptom😭 I’m struggling to work because of this constant pain. Burns when I wee and waking up every hour to go when nothing comes out
