High glucose test results

Did anyone else have a reading of 144 (non fasting one hour glucose test) and your Dr. didn’t do anything about it? I was almost certain my Dr would call me with bad news and tell me I’d need to do another series of the glucose test. Instead, my Dr called and said labs looked fine and that 144 wasn’t really concerning and that I don’t need to come back in. I read on google that 144 is slightly elevated. Anyone advice? Please no snarky or rude comments. I will block and report. This is just a genuine question. Looking for someone with a similar experience.
