Pretty sure we’ve miscarried help?

This was our 8th month ttc. We got the positive last week and were so excited for our little Christmas Baby. I spent all weekend getting cute ideas to do a cute Christmas theme announcement. Already planning the nursery. I was soaring. So so excited. Last night starting bleeding. Not crazy heavy, but definitely more than spotting. Still consistently bleeding today. Took another pregnancy test and it looks more faint than our original positive. I’ve never experienced a miscarriage before. Is there any hope? I go in for a blood draw today and Wednesday. Been crying all day and not sure how to handle this or where to go from here.
