Update and need advice 🙏🏼🩵😭

I went to see my doctor today because I was spotting brown discharge only when urinating here and there, very little. And I had a transvaginal ultrasound today and it seems to have made it worse. He said that it’s just implantation bleeding and the fetus seems to be progressing but no heartbeat yet. Hcg levels are normal and what they should be. Is having no heartbeat at almost 6-7 weeks normal? Is this discharge normal after ultrasound? I am also on progesterone, due to history of miscarriages. I also have another appointment on Thursday to see if there’s a heartbeat. Any Hope?
