Anyone ever been through this?

So on April 1st 10 days before my period was due I had 3 days of spotting. Something new I've never had. When my period came due and didn't show I took a test and there was a faint line. I kept testing over the next few days finally getting a strong but faint positive. Here's the kicker. I've had my tubes cut, tied, and burned for almost 7 years. Well I began showing all the classic pregnancy symptoms. Nausea, frequent urination, strong smells, sensitive breasts, super emotional, constantly tired, lots of normal but more watery ish discharge, increased libido you name it I've got it. I'm now 12 days late and one hour before my obgyn appointment to find out if this is real. Problem is I've kept testing to make sure my lines are darkening. They're not they began getting fainter and are now negative. But my pregnancy symptoms are getting worse. I'm sitting here scared to death we are about to find out it's ectopic and not viable or something else. This is a cry for anyone who's been through this and can share what was the result because I can't handle a forced miscarriage or emergency surgery. I have no signs of ectopic. And yeah I can wait for my appointment but my nerves are eating me alive I just need some possibilities or anything whether it's I went through this and was pregnant or it was twins etc and had to miscarry or was able to carry full term. I'm trying to brace for bad news the best I can. Sorry for the long post I'm just so freaking scared and nervous.

Update: 2 urine tests at the Dr negative. They did a blood test I'll know tomorrow. They were going to start with an ultrasound but based on my last period I'm 5 wks 3 days so not even a sack would be visible. They agreed this is odd. Here's to finding out what's going on.

Update 2: Blood test negative most likely a chemical pregnancy going to request an ultrasound to see if this means I'm able to conceive again. I've had 2 since having my tubes done.
