Help!
So I had a tubal ligation after my daughter in November 2018……..this last week I have missed my period and experienced spotting instead also accompanying abdominal cramping, headache, nausea, and dizziness.
pregnancy test state negative. Went to doctor, Abdominal ultrasound and CT of abdomen state normal.
I’m lost and worried. I know something is off with my body but I should be able to be pregnant either.
