Allergy meds ?

What am I allowed to take and not take ? 
I only know I’m not allowed ibuprofen. But I’m not sure what else. They don’t give list or anything.

My OB said Benadryl, Claritin, Tylenol, & a list of cold meds such as a specific Mucinex. They should give you a list.

I took Claritin for all 3 pregnancies and no one said a word.
