Google confuses me… send help.

So me and my partner have been trying to get pregnant, we are still very much so in the beginning of our journey. So for reference, I have endometriosis and pcos. I just had a medical issue where randomly about 5days after shark week I had massive bleeding, like soaking my pants & went in for a check up as this had never happened to me before ever. My cycle stays on track every month. The doctor lady didn’t really care, said it’s all fine after barely checking anything and dismissed me, so I tried to just put it out of my mind. Well now it’s time for shark week again but this whole month I have been aching & feeling like my uterus was really tight. So I was hoping that was for good reasons, well I started spotting and it was dark like they say it can be when your body is trying to make a baby. Then yesterday I had like full blown bleeding and excruciating pain. (Just a bit worse than normal with my endo on a normal shark week) but tonight it just straight up stopped. Like completely. No spotting, no nothing. So out of curiosity n wanting to hopefully avoid getting sent to another crappy doctor, I looked it up. Or I tried to. Well, google was more than inconclusive. So has anyone had this before? (And managed to retain a pregnancy?) I’ve heard some stories before but I’m honestly curious. Please and thank you. 🥲
