Pregnancy in unknown location?

Hello, has anyone experienced a pregnancy in an unknown location and had a positive outcome? I have had an ectopic in 2022 had surgery doctor saved my tube and this is my first time being pregnant since then. I went for ultra sound today and doctor did not see anything on ultra sound in uterus or in the tubes. With experiencing an ectopic my anxiety is through the roof and idk what to think. Blood draw hcg 4/23 was 69 then 4/25 hcg was 200 and I did another blood draw today waiting on results. Any one experience this or have any input. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you might just be very very early why they can’t see anything yet. I wouldn’t freak out just yet as when you’re this early ultrasound can’t really pick up anything.

It could be super early. I would keep having them do blood work and then retry an ultrasound in a week or 2.

hCG 200 is way too low still to see anything on ultrasound. That’s a promising rise though!

Your hcg is still very low to be able to detect on an ultrasound. How many weeks are you?
I have had 2 ectopics. The first I lost my left tube and the second was unknown location and was treated with methotrexate. ￼How ever after my first ectopic I had 2 successful pregnancies and after my second ectopic I again had 2 successful pregnancies and I am almost 10 weeks pregnant. So there is still always a chance to have successful pregnancies after ectopics. Please continue to monitor your hcg every 48 hours and try and get another ultrasound next week unless of course you have any bleeding or pain, in that case seek medical care immediately

I was diagnosed with one in 2022 I went for ultrasounds and doctors seen nothing and a I was bleeding my hcg was also steady rising I was in the 6,000 they didn’t know how far I was a said I was having a threaten abortion so we held out for a week and they still seem nothing so they talked me into taking the Methotrexate shot. I really felt like I should have waited cause I don’t think I was that far along but they was saying my hcg levels were so high that I had to be 6 weeks or more. Don’t opt into anything quickly waiting it out if the pregnancy can’t be found and allow you body to do what it does. I pray your situation is different from mines.
