No pregnancy symptoms

This is my 6th pregnancy, although we lost our second pregnancy. With all my other pregnancies i had pretty bad nausea starting around 5 weeks, boob pain, exhaustion etc ....but this one has been different. I have slight nausea, my boobs were sore but that stopped, and I have normal energy. The last time my symptoms stopped it ended in miscarriage. I have zero spotting or bleeding, aside from one night right after sex. My last 2 pregnancies I had a lot of bleeding from a subchorionic hemorrhage, but they both cleared up. My U/S appt. isnt for another 3 weeks.
