Hey I just had a question

I just went for my first ultrasound today. I have blood around the sack and the nurse told me the baby had 2 options. The baby could absorb the blood or push it out And the baby is pushing the blood out. Which means I am bleeding. I was wondering if anybody else has experienced that? And if you have what was it like for you? Because it’s a little terrifying for me
