Does anyone recommend doing surgery for hernia?
My doctor recommended to go to do surgery for my hernia cause last couple days it felt hard and sore to the touch . Anyone of you mommies with hernia from giving birth vaginally can you let me know what you did to flatten it and anyone advice helps my anxiety thank you .
